BACKGROUND: Juanita worked for the former operator of the restaurant and bought the business in 1992. She and her husband Akio formerly owned a strawberry and tomato-growing business in Vista.

PRODUCTS AND SPECIALTIES: We prepare an international menu. Our specialty is old-fashioned style Mexican dishes. We aim to please everyone. Menudo is available Saturdays only.
